    PE Fitnessgram

    Fitnessgram is a tool for helping young people assess and identify ways to improve their fitness and activity levels.

    Tests performed:

                                1 mile run

                                 Push-ups

                                 Sit-ups

                                 Pull ups

                                 Shoulder Stretch

    *Tests are  performed three times during a semester.

    *We placed the beginning and ending results of the tests  into a computerized reporting system.

    *This system gives each student a printed report of their performance by using  the state scientific standards.

    *These standards rated the students:  needs improvement (with explanations of how to improve) or In the Healthy fitness zone.

    *Each students report was attached to their last report card.
